'Legal Ease'

Let's get one thing straight: Just because a woman talks tough (or wields a hefty briefcase) doesn't mean she can't be a lady. Modeling a few of fall's chic, sleekly tailored suits, six of the actresses on NBC's three Law & Order shows present a pretty convincing case-- proving beyond a reasonable you-know-what that "professional" doesn't have to mean boring, straight-laced or stuffy.
"I think a suit can be extremely sexy," says actress Elisabeth Rohm.
"The clothes you wear reflect the things that are hidden deep inside of you," says Elisabeth Rohm. "They're a statement about something close to your soul. Fashion is a way of turning yourself inside out."
Rohm plays assistant district attorney Serena Southerlyn on Law & Order.
